Every project starts with facts, not assumptions. Before we talk about platforms, features or budgets, we look at the existing system: the code, the data flows, the numbers. The most expensive mistakes in e-commerce are not made during implementation — they are made in decisions based on gut feeling.
What we analyze
The system audit covers four layers. Revenue structure: which products, channels and customer segments carry the business, and which only consume attention? Conversion drivers: where in the funnel is revenue lost, from entry through product page and cart to checkout? Technical debt: plugin landscape, core modifications, upgradeability, performance and integrations. And processes: ERP, PIM, fulfillment and everything that runs manually although it should be automated.
What you get
The result is not a slide deck but a basis for decisions: a performance baseline with real measurements, a risk matrix ranking technical and business risks by likelihood and impact, and an opportunity map that prioritizes levers by effect and effort. Plus a clear recommendation — even if it says that no relaunch is needed.
